Book Lovers and Writers to Unite at 2nd ON POINT BOOK FAIR at WestShore Plaza on September 17
100 Local Authors, Publishers and Publications Join Together for a One-Day Event to Celebrate the Art of Writing
TAMPA, Fla. (September 8, 2016) – On Point Executive Center will host its second annual Book Fair at WestShore Plaza on Saturday, September 17, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tampa Bay’s family friendly shopping, dining and entertainment destination invites avid readers to connect with more than 100 local authors, bloggers, publishers and a variety of literary themed vendors during this free event.
“We’re thrilled to be working with our neighbor On Point Executive Center to bring the best of the literary world to Tampa-area readers of all ages,” said Kristy Genna, director of marketing for WestShore Plaza. “Nurturing an interest in reading, writing and imagination is important as it provides a stepping stone to future life success. Attendees will be delighted by a showcase of both fiction and non-fiction works covering all varieties and genres of writing including science fiction, satire, drama, action and adventure, self-help, children’s, religion, cookbooks and autobiographies. The authors will be on-site for book signings and conversations regarding their work. Several well-known publishers will also take part in the Book Fair and will be available to discuss personal book ventures.
